Welcome to Soosh ("Company," "we," "our," "Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, in whole or in part, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Soosh and apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, customers, and registered users.
Soosh is a social media content management platform that enables users to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms from one place. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
By registering, you represent that you:
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Soosh offers various subscription plans. Pricing and billing terms will be displayed prior to purchase.
Billing: Charges are collected in advance at the start of each billing period. Inability to collect payment may result in suspension of access.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription term.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 14 days' prior notice.
You may not use the Service to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, and publish. You grant Soosh a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content to the platforms you select, solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
AI-Generated Content: Soosh uses artificial intelligence to analyze content and generate marketing text. AI-generated content is a suggestion only — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every post before publishing. Soosh is not liable for damages arising from unreviewed AI-generated content.
Soosh Intellectual Property: All rights in the Service, including design, logos, code, and original content, are owned by Soosh and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Soosh integrates with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp). Your use is subject to each platform's terms of service and privacy policy.
You acknowledge that:
YouTube: Use of the YouTube API is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Soosh does not store YouTube data beyond what is required for publishing.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Use complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Privacy Policy.
TikTok: Use is subject to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
LinkedIn: Use complies with LinkedIn API Terms of Use.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soosh, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or cost of substitute services.
Soosh's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time through Account Settings.
By Soosh: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately expire.
Changes: We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv.
